Before engaging with us, the fixtures that the client had were incapable of giving the entire spectrum and red boost to various stages of tomato growth, which led to ineffective coloring and flavouring of the fruit. Furthermore, the old equipment consumed more power, produced a lot of heat, requiring additional cooling equipment that further added to the costs of operation.
The customer aimed to enhance light utilization and crop quality, and lower energy usage and maintenance expense without incorporating extra cooling devices.
The Solution
Upon understanding the customer’s greenhouse structure, crop types, and growth cycle, we developed and manufactured a tailor-made Samsung281B Pro+ grow light board solution. The Casyoo 200W Samsung281B Pro+ chip grow lights feature the following:

The PCB is based on a high-performance 2.0mm thick substrate with 2.0 W/m·K thermal conductivity and 2.0oz copper. The solution has an excellent heat dissipation performance, no extra heat sink is required even at 200W, which saves heat sink cost and installation space.
- Customized Spectrum to Match Tomato Requirements
The main spectrum chip is the Samsung 281B Pro+ model, which promises stable and reliable performance. To supplement red light to promote flowering and fruit coloration, we have included an Osram 660nm v6.24 chip. Seoul UV 385+395+405nm diodes are also included to provide ultraviolet light, which contributes to enhancing fruit disease resistance and taste.
