Description
Bore Shield is an LED stadium light LED module designed to illuminate large-scale outdoor projects without compromising illumination, durability, or safety. Constructed from a reinforced aluminum housing and a finned thermal enclosure, it delivers consistent lumen performance under constant high-power operation. A multiple-beam-angle (30°/60 °/90°) optical lens system provides controlled, uniform coverage for courts, arenas, plazas, and high-mast locations, and optional visors minimize glare and enhance visual comfort. Bore Shield is constructed with an IP rating of 65 weatherproof, a 10kV surge protection, constant-current/ constant-voltage driving, and is intended to withstand the harshest weather and most challenging of electrical environments. The range of power options offered (500W to 2000W) and the range of CCT (3000K to 6500K) make it simple to choose the appropriate module to suit the various heights, layouts and project specifications.

30° / 60° / 90°. 30° is for long throw/high mast, 60° for general floodlighting, and 90° for wider coverage at lower mounting heights.
2. What brands of LED chip do you support?
It defaultly uses SMD3030 LEDs, with chip brands available as Philips, Osram, Cree or any other customizable chip brand as per the project requirements.
3.How does it handle voltage fluctuations and lightning surges?
It supports AC100–277V input and offers 10kV surge protection, helping reduce failure risk in demanding outdoor electrical environments.
4. What measures do you take to prevent glare for sports venues or public areas?
A glare shield/shade is optional and allows spill light to be controlled and also enhances comfort to the eye- particularly around spectators, walkways or other buildings.
5. What mounting methods are supported?
This series support ground mount, wall bracket mount, and high-mast mount. The 150° adjustable bracket makes aiming and on-site alignment easier.
