FAQs
1. What's the difference between the solar version and the AC version?
The solar version has a 30W monocrystalline panel + 3.2V 20Ah battery for off-grid lighting. AC version operates on mains and has an output of 30W-100W in case of sites with continuous demand.
2. How long can the solar version operate at night?
It gives 9-12 hours of night lighting on a full-charge basis. However, the real-time operation is determined by the local sunlight, season and the mode of lighting chosen.
3. Can it be used in a coastal or humid climate?
Aurora has an IP65 rating, and is made of die-cast aluminum + PC. In the case of coastal projects, we will be able to suggest further corrosion-resistant solutions (e.g., upgrade of the coating) according to the needs on site.
4. Do you have other brands of LED chips rather than Osram?
Yes. Osram is standard and other chip brand solutions could be provided to OEM/ODM orders based on your target specifications and budget.
5. What are the important installation considerations?
Typically, you need to consider the height of the pole, the distance between poles, the foundation stability, and ensure the solar panel orientation (solar model) avoids shading. For projects, share your pole height and layout and we can recommend installation parameters.
6. What kind of customization can you offer to OEM/ODM?
The supported options usually include housing color (Sand Black/Sand Gray), branding, CCT configuration, the choice of LED brand, control mode settings, packaging, and project-based configuration alignment.
