Description
The Casyoo Nova Classic 50W–250W LED street light fixture is engineered to maintain stable illumination over years of service. It has an 80,000-hour lifetime and a thermally robust, thickened aluminum housing. It provides 130–150 lm/W across a wide 50W–250W range, helping cities and contractors specify the right output without overbuilding energy cost. Nova Classic has a 50/60Hz input, AC100-277V (50/60Hz) with a PF of over 0.95, which allows it to be compatible with modern utility requirements that enable high efficiency operation. Its shape, with a cobra head, adjustable slip-fitter options, and built-in level, simplifies alignment on 50/60mm poles, making installation easier. And the rear service cover accelerates maintenance. This IP65 aluminum LED roadway light is suitable for collector roads to parking lots and public plazas.
- High-output – 130–150 lm/W.
- Long service life – up to 80,000 hours.
- Stable on utility power – AC100-277V, 50/60Hz; PF>0.95, works reliably under quite common conditions of the municipal grid.
- Rugged heat managed housing – thick aluminum IP65 housing, better durability, heat dissipation in the open air.
- Maintenance-friendly rear cover – reduces inspection and servicing time and downtime.
- Premium LED engine options – support performance consistency and high color quality.
- Fast and accurate installation – Adjustable slip fitter; 50/60mm spigot; built-in level, reduces rework and keeps the fixture stable.
- Smart control options – achieve automated operation and minimize unnecessary runtimes.

FAQs
1. Why is PF>0.95 important?
A higher power factor means lower reactive power penalties and higher grid-side efficiency. This can make the fixture easier to pass utility-facing requirements.
2. What does the rear service cover help with?
It allows maintenance teams to access internal components faster without fully removing the luminaire from the pole. This reduces lift time and road-closure duration.
3. Can Nova Classic be made “sensor-ready” without changing the main light body?
Yes. Photocell or radar sensing can be integrated as an option so you can keep the same fixture platform across standard roads and energy-saving zones.
4. If we specify Osram or Philips chips, what part of the LED system changes?
We can configure the SMD3030 LED selection to align with your lumen/efficacy target and consistency preference while keeping the same platform design.
5. Do you support OEM/ODM and white-label service?
Yes. We support OEM/ODM including logo/labeling, configuration selection (CCT, chips, sensors), and packaging requirements.
6. What information do I need to provide for a quotation and production lead planning?
Please provide target wattage mix, CCT, required chip/driver spec, sensor options, mounting size (50/60mm), quantity, and branding/packaging needs. For specific information, you can also consult our specialist.
