Casyoo, one of the most well-known companies that produce high-performance LED lighting products, launched the first foreign-based production plant in the province of Hung Yen in Vietnam in February 2025. The state-of-the-art factory is a landmark step in Casyoo’s foreign expansion strategy and will considerably strengthen the firm’s manufacturing potential as well as market responsiveness.
Situated at Ban Yen Nhan Ward, My Hao Town, the factory covers an area of 14,500 square meters in floor space and now has 500 production workers and 60 management personnel. Notably, it has modern production lines which include:
- 6 SMT lines of capacity 18 million placement points per day
- 4 MI/DIP lines with a production capacity of 80,000 a day units
- 2 PCBA testing lines of capacity 40,000 units per day
- 14 assembly lines, which have capacity to assemble 350,000 finished products on a daily basis

As the first international manufacturing factory of Casyoo, Vietnam plant integrates six workshops for specialized operations to ensure full-process manufacturing – from LED lighting modules and assemblies to cables, chargers, and hubs. Consequently, the plant is for high-mix, high-volume production with specific requirements for commercial buyers, wholesalers, and customized lighting solution providers.
